This two-and-a-half-day conference brought together over one hundred and fifty nursing leaders from twenty-one states and two other countries. Speakers and attendees explored creating systems, building new partnerships and new coalitions, abandoning silos in education and practice, improving conditions of workers, supporting and nurturing breakthrough thinking to address pressing work force challenges.
