National Invitational Conference for Executive Nurse Leaders

Overview

Reputation for excellence. Presented annually through the joint sponsorship of INHL and Nursing at The University of Pennsylvania, this is one of the premier national conferences for executive nurse leaders in education and practice settings.

Community among nurse executives. The conference fosters a network of approximately 200 senior nurse leaders in teaching, research, policy, and practice, as well as in state and federal government. It uniquely promotes cross-fertilization of ideas across areas of practice and responsibility in order to analyze common problems and forge agendas for addressing them. Successive conferences build on ideas generated during the preceeding conferences.
